Refund and Return Policy
At Themavoc, we strive to provide high-quality digital assets. Because our products are digital and delivered via instant download, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. Digital Nature of Products
Since our products are digital files, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a download has been initiated, the product is considered in your possession. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed.
2. The "3-Download" Limit Rule
To protect our digital intellectual property and maintain fair use, we apply the following criteria to refund requests:
- Eligibility: You may request a refund only if you have not exceeded 3 total downloads from your account.
- Download Tracking: Our system logs every download attempt. If our records show that 3 or more files (or 3 instances of the same file) have been downloaded, the account is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the download limit has not been met.
3. Technical Issues
If you encounter a technical issue with a file (e.g., the file is corrupted or does not match the description), please contact us immediately. In these cases:
- We will first attempt to provide a corrected or updated version of the file.
- If we cannot resolve the technical defect, a full refund may be issued regardless of your current download count.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:
- You no longer want the file or changed your mind after downloading.
- You do not have the compatible software to open the file (software requirements are listed on product pages).
- You have exceeded the 3-download limit.
5. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, please email our support team with your order number and the reason for your request. We process most requests within 3-5 business days.
