Satan is known as instigator of evil.
يُـعـرَف الـشـيـطـان كـمـحـرّض علـى الـشـر.
Islam presents the Devil as a personification of pride, disobedience, and revenge. He refused to first prostrate himself before Adam, and plays tricks to mislead people.
يـصـور الإسـلام إبـلـيـس بـوصـفـه تـجـسـيـداً لـلاخـتـيـال و الـعـصـيـان و الـثـأر، فـقـد رفـض الـسـجـود، أولا، أمـام آدم، وهـو يـقـوم بـالـحـيـل لـتـضـلـيـل الـنـاس.
Satan’s re-entry into paradise in serpent’s guise to induce Adam. He singled out Eve towards whom Adam displayed lust as the originator, or the primary cause of his going wrong.
عـاد إبـلـيـس إلـى الـجـنـة فـي هـيـئـة أفـعـى لإغـراء آدم، فـاخـتـار حـواء الـتـي عـشـقـهـا هـذا الأخـيـر كـبـادئـة أو مـتـسـبـبـة رئـيـسـة فـي تـضـلـيـلـه.
Adam could not avoid Satan’s pitfalls.
لـم يـسـتـطـع آدم تـفـادي شـراك إبـلـيـس.
Man has surely failed to bring his Satan-imbued drives and lusts into rein.
فـشـل الإنـسـان بـالـتـأكـيـد فـي كـبـح رغـبـاتـه و شـهـواتـه الـتـي يـسـتـثـيـرهـا الـشـيـطـان.
دراسـة الـشـيـاطـيـن و الـعـفـاريـت أو الـمـعـتـقــدات الـمـتـصـلـة بـهـا.
شـبـح ضـاج: شـبـح يـحـدث أصـواتـاً و يـحـرك الأشـيـاء.
